I Found My Voice When I Stopped Talking

While meditating this morning, I began thinking about the benefits of regular midfulness exercises since I began them several months ago.

Various senraios swirled through my head, all of them having some relation to how I used to react in scenarios and how I still sometimes do react but now can recognize those.

I began to consider these changes down to a more micro level and pone of the biggest gains in my life is recognizing that I don’t need top speak with the intent to placate everybody else.

It’s empowering to rise above a lifetime of fear,
