5 Minute Mind – Dawn

Being a freaskish earky morning person, like waking up with the farmers early, I feel my most productive time of the day is upo until about 11 AM. Things really get in a higher gear for me with dawn breaks the night’s hold of the sky. THeres just something about seeing dawn that makes my circadian rhythms wann dance! As I am oft to hunker down in my apartment on anxious days, it’s also somewhat theraputic. Like a friend outside who lets me know that they are there, waiting without judgement but offering an encouraging word. As I write about it now, my heart fills with joy thinking about it.
